Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide quality care and respect for everyone’s time, I require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee. This policy is in place to protect the time set aside for your care and to allow others the opportunity to be seen.

Of course! You’re more than welcome to bring your baby to therapy. I offer both in-person and virtual options to help make your experience as comfortable and flexible as possible. My goal is to support you in a way that fits your life and your season.
Therapy might be a good next step if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself. Maybe you’ve been trying to feel better, but nothing seems to help. Or maybe you’re navigating a tough season and could use a safe space to process everything going on.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. Some reasons people begin therapy include:
Feeling down, anxious, or off more days than not
Struggling with relationships, trauma, or big life changes
Constantly worrying or thinking about the same thing over and over
Difficulty sleeping, getting out of bed, or finding motivation
Feeling angry, irritable, or not like yourself
Feeling embarrassed, scared, or unsure who to talk to
Needing support in caring for yourself or your baby
Wanting a space to sort through something specific
People start therapy for all kinds of reasons—there’s no right or wrong one. If you're wondering whether it might be helpful for you, that’s a good place to begin. I’d be honored to walk with you through it.
